I ordered this crate 3 months in advance for a birthday gift. When it was cracked we discovered the personalization was incorrect. I emailed customer service and they immediately got back to me. They corrected the error and shipped a perfect crate. The recipient really loves it and I have recommended this unique gift and company to everyone.

My husband loved the crate, and had a lot of fun prizing it open with the crowbar. It was an excellent gift, and came in time for Fathers Day. My only disapointment was that the ice cube makers were just square ones. I saw the excitment others had when they received these sphere ones, and, though my husband didnt know about them, I felt a little let down by this. I would have liked to be told if this item had run out before I ordered it.

I think this is the best gift. We gave this to my husband for father's day this year, and I believe this is the first gift that he proactively tells others about. I got this for my son for Fathers Dsy. He loved it! He was very impressed the the glasses had his name on them. He loved getting the crate and had fun opening it. He actually kept the crate for his "man cave". The man crate company make it easy to order, there were lots of options, and it arrived on time and in excellent condition. I'll be ordering from them again.

My Dad got home from work the Friday before Father's day and there sat a duct tapped box at his door. He said it was intriguing and fun to open. Definetly an awesome way to show love and appreciation for Dad and break away from the 'norm' of Father's day gift giving. We are completely satisfied!
