Love the whole Manly gift concept. Recipient really got a kick out of it. He is keeping the box and crowbar in his collection of cool guy things.
There were a few frustrations with the website... I finally reached a live person who very kindly took my order... Good thing I'm persistent and made the call anyway. Even with this less than stellar review, I'd order from them again. Hopefully the kinks will be sorted out

I bought this for a friend's 18 year old son who had just survived a terrible car accident. He is a lover of bacon and got a real kick out of the gift. He particularly loved the Bacon Jerky. This is the second time I've ordered from ManCrates.com and both times were enormous successes! Highly recommend these unique gifts.

I ordered this crate to send to my boyfriend at work. I only wish I was there to see his face when he opened it! Complete confusion! And to top it off he had to get his dad to help him open it in front of his coworkers! He loved everything in the crate and I got awesome girlfriend props! Not to mention the ordering process was very pleasant and hysterical at the same time (thanks to Man Crates amazing outgoing message on their customer service line.) This was one of the best anniversary presents I have given! Not only did he absolutely love it, but he's been bragging to all his coworkers and showing them the man crates website and telling his female coworkers "if you ever need a gift idea for your guy, this is it!" Sent to my husband as a congratulations gift on getting promoted. A crowd gathered around his desk as people were curious what a "man crate" was. Everything in there is awesome and delicious. We received crazy fast customer support personally addressing us and any issues we had (like responding to my email in less than 1 hour. It was 42 minutes to be exact). Best customer support experience to date! Looking forward to other man crate bundles.

Oh, and the bacon jerky is ridiculously delicious. Ridic. These guys really do pick the best jerky out there.

My boyfriend had been having a rough couple of days at work and I wanted to send him something to cheer him up, but nothing as girly as flowers. When I came across the Bacon Mancrate I fell in LOVE. My heart soon broke again when I found out it was out of stock. I contacted Mancrates and Alex was there for whatever I needed and with her help, a Bacon Mancrate look-a-like was born. Purchased this for my son's birthday. He said everything was fine with the exception of the bacon peanut brittle which he said was awful.

I bought this for my husband for our anniversary. He thought it was pretty cool, he thought the crate itself was awesome and enjoyed opening it. I'm happy with the amount of stuff comes in it! Although I do wish there was more jerky!
The reason I dock a star is because the jalapeno jerky is squishy, slimy, it tastes good, but the feel of it is kind of off-putting. I also could have done without the brittle. It tastes like normal peanut brittle at first, then there comes this smokiness that lingers and just sticks around forever afterward. I felt like I ate a burnt wood chip, it was not good.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase and it was a great gift! I would order from Man Crates again absolutely, just probably not another bacon crate!

I bought this for my husband for his birthday who is really hard to buy for but he loves bacon! I thought it would be the perfect gift, the packaging was top notch but he wasn’t a fan of the jerky or candied toffee. I was disappointed that he didn’t like the flavors but overall the man crate is a cool concept! I would consider getting something else for another gift in the future.

I bought this crate for my boyfriend because I thought it would be a fun gift, all the products were good but the crate was a little broken on one side so there was no difficulty to open it :( Too easy really.

This is an amazing gift and concept but if your man knows how to open crates, it won't take long for him to find the week spot.
I bought this for my brother who looked at every angle then opened in about a minute.
He also has a peanut allergy and I called to have a replacement. The peanut brittle was removed but was not substituted. It sucks that you can't check before the person opens it.*calling to place the order and change things was the most enjoyable phone call I ever made*
Overall I still loved this crated gift idea and I will probably be a future customer. My brother was amazed that the crow bar and crate were heavy weight items and he was happy throughout opening.
As for the stuff inside it taste delicious! I was told he couldn't eat more than a couple pieces of popcorn a day! Strong stuff!

Got this for my dad. Missed Father's Day due to shipping error that they immediately sorted so it was there for Tuesday. Didn't really matter as my Dad wasn't expecting it and he loved it.

Got this for my hubby for our anniversary. The crate is too cool, it took some work to get it open, though! I can't comment on what all the bacon stuff taste likes...I only tried the pre-popped popcorn and thought it was pretty gross so after that I wasn't going to taste the rest! ;) My husband so far has only had the popcorn and peanut brittle, so we don't know yet how the jerky is. Overall its a pretty fun gift for guys! I'd probably go with a different one next time, just to be sure it'll all get eaten...the bacon crate is funny but I have the feeling most of it doesn't taste very good. ;)

Really enjoyed the bacon jerky and in looking forward to using the bacon salt. But I didn't care for the pre-popped bacon popcorn. I haven't tried popping the un-popped popcorn yet. All-in-all great gift.

I think this box was awesome! I didn't anticipate my boyfriend would have a high grade fever on Christmas Day, so it wasn't as easy for him to pry open. I am positive if he was not sick, things would've went more smoothly. He really loved the contents and the idea in general. This is a unique idea for your brother, boyfriend, friend, anyone! I want to get the personalized Whiskey crate next for my brother! On one if the items in the box, there was a Ross Dress for Less price sticker on it. I found that odd since I wasn't aware Man Crates buys from there to fulfill crates? All in all, awesome gift!

Husband loved it, just wish the crate was harder to open, he opened the crate in about 30 seconds. I wanted to see him struggle a bit.

I got this for my brother who is a huge bacon fan for his birthday. He loved it and I was a fan of what he would share! The only issue we ran into is somehow the bag of popcorn became glued to the bottom of the box and upon opening it ripped so it had to be eaten right away and couldn't be saved. Also, it tasted somewhat stale but that could just be the type of popcorn and not the glue issue. He was still happy with it and to my knowledge everything else was great! Definitely order from here again.

I sent my boyfriend the bacon crate as a V-Day gift while I was out of the country and he loved it! Shipped the day I said it would and everything. Boyfriend left me some of the snacks and they were all pretty good, the bacon popcorn was my fav and I think he really liked the bacon salt cause hes been putting it on everything! I removed a star because the gift message I wrote didn't come up on the package... I'm not sure whats up with that.

My boyfriend loved the crate and opening it was fun. He hasn't eaten all the products but loved the idea of the bacon products inside. Overall, I think the gift was a big success. My only reservation about this item is the price. I believe it is a little overpriced for what you get.
