Best gift ever... husband absolutely loved .. happy valentines day gift foe thw man who loves to cook.

My husband lived this crate! He thought the salt rock was cool. And he really liked the spatula that came with it as well. He thought it was pretty cool to have to pry the crate open. He enjoyed this gift a lot.

Each year for my brother I attempt to find a unique gift. This year I found Man Crates. He was looking at purchasing a salt block. This was the perfect gift. The video of him opening the crate was priceless. I will be coming back.

I got one of these for my boyfriend, he loved it...I also found some informative info at http://www.himalayansaltblock.org that had videos and recipes, that we used the day he opened his package! Great ideas! keep them coming!

Got it for my dad for Christmas and he got such a kick out of it. He liked opening the box and loves the little crowbar which he has added to his toolbox. He's fed us twice now with it (steak and hamburgers) and you need no seasoning. Will definitely be looking to get gifts from here again.

Absolutely killed it with this. I gave this to my dad for Christmas and it was the highlight of Christmas. The products are so high quality and the opening of the crate was the best. These guys killed it. I killed it. Fucking great.

We have a client that is a huge cook and grills competitively! He was so excited to receive this Christmas gift! I love that we were able to send him something personal and less traditional than the baskets you normally send out at the holidays! He did mention that the crate was somewhat difficult to open but loved the crowbar and that was part of the fun!

Gave it to my son for Christmas. He thought it was great. He did not expect this gift and he loves it. I was a gift for the person who is hard to buy for. Will buy again and recommend to my friends.

My Dad was so intrigued by the crate, he didn't even wait for everyone before he began prying it open on Christmas morning. Loved everything that came with this crate and was already picking out recipes to try.

I ordered the crate early and was a little worried about that because I’ve never done this before. I had to make a change to the arrival date half way through as well and ManCrates was awesome about It. The package arrived on time which i was super excited about. My boyfriend was so so happy to get It BUT unfortunately we didn’t get a crowbar in the box. Luckily he has one and was still able to pry It open But we were both pretty disappointed that there was no crowbar like they said would be in the box.

We ordered this crate a week before Father's day and it came in 2 days before! Everything inside the crate was great. The only problem we had was the bottom of the crate had come completely undone when we removed from shipping box. My husband had to take the nails out, use wood glue and renail the bottom. He fixed it and our dad had a hard time getting the top open. He loved everything about it.
We would reorder these we just feel like the construction of the crates need some improvement.

I got this for my brother for Christmas. It was pretty hard to open, although I think next time I'd spring for the extra $10 to have it duct-taped as well. Everything inside was nice - we haven't used the salt block yet, so we'll have to wait and see if that was worth it!

I ordered this for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved it. He loved that it wasn't wrapped with nice paper and a bow. He got to get his hands a bit dirty and loved the mini crowbar.
The only disappointment we had with the gift was the thermometers were all for steak. We were looking forward to having a set for chicken as well. But he loves the salt block and the book that came with. We can't wait to try it out!! I'm sure I'll be ordering another crate for the holidays.

The salt plate is fine but all the other things it came with were cheap and poorly made. Go buy yourself a $40 salt plate on amazon and scrap the rest of the stuff. It’s not worth $150

The crate was meant for a potential business associate and we put a very deliberate message in there to help us win their business. Unfortunately the note never arrived with the crate. This was a big deal to us and it failed to deliver. The recipient LOVED the crate though. He just didn't know who it was from :-(.
