This was quite possibly the best shopping experience ever. I purchased for Father's Day so haven't tasted them yet but no doubt they're wonderful. Shipped and recieved within three days!!!! Beautiful glass decanter!! Will be perfect for my Dad!! Can't wait to use this site again!!!

Delicious nuts in pretty decanter
I bought this decanter for both my husband and myself at Christmas, and I can't stop eating the nuts. They are delicious and have just a hint of whiskey flavor.

We ordered 2 of these for Christmas gifts. Both arrived Wednesday but the lid was broken off of one. I contacted Customer Service and was knocked on my butt by the quality of customer service I received. Jeanette (I believe) was super nice and had a replacement shipped immediately at no charge and even credited us back for the broken decanter.
Obviously as a man, I had to sample the product. I was impressed and the guys getting them as a gift will be also.
It was such a nice departure from most experiences with Customer Service to get someone who cared and worked for a company that allowed that care to be translated into quality customer service. I will definitely order again from Man Crates.

Nice product, thoroughly disappointed in delivery
I have ordered through Man Crates numerous times in the past and before was always happy with the results. I placed 2 orders of these for Father's Day (weeks early!) for delivery on June 20th. Both were late, and one still has yet to be delivered! The one that was delivered was nice, but it frustrates me beyond belief that with 20 days notice the orders couldn't arrive on time.
