    Cool Product, Disappointing Box

    The mug, cocoa, and toppings all look great and are exactly what we expected. The box however, missed thr mark. It was not glued along one whole side so it took less than 30 seconds to pop open. We ordered a mancrate specifically for the experience of the opening, and it took away from the gift for sure. I have ordered several before and not had this issue, but it's been a few years, so I don't know if it is a one off or if the quality has gone down. So ...kind of a mixed bag.

    What a disappointment....

    I order the hot cocoa bombs crate. Such a fun crate. After opening the crate, the item I received was a walnut flavored coffee pouch. It was a big disappointment, but mistakes happen. I reached out to this company, and I was assured a new box was on its way. I was sent a box of 3 hot cocoa bombs. This was ridiculous. I paid a premium price for crate and didn't even receive all the contents. The company made the mistake and should have honored the order I placed. Such a disappointment!!
