This was a great gift. The person loved it and it was so fun watching it being opened! The customer service was great! Fast and very helpful! Couldn’t ask for anything better! I’ll be back!

My wife gave this to me for Christmas today. It’s a nice set for a bar set. Items are well spaced and good quality for mixing. Each item has its spot and they fit properly. It’s a good gift for that “man cave”

Happy with product but crate Hard to open
Product was great, but was a challenge to open the crate. Tool didn’t work, it was glued tight. Had to use other methods to get it open without smashing product inside. Maybe you should use nails instead of glue. Product nice though.

So fun watching my fiancée open his Christmas gift . We had tears in our eyes watching . Great quality . Highly recommended .

Very Hard to Open
My husband loves the cocktail tool kit but it was very hard to open the box. There was so much glue that it took multiple days and multiple tools to open the box without damaging the contents.

Cocktail Tool Crate
My husband loved his gift. The only thing I wish would be available is an apostrophe on the personalization. The image shows “Robert’s” but when you try and add “ ‘s “ the site says they’re unable to include special characters. You should try and fix that in the future. Minor detail, but still.

Cute, but can’t read the personalization
The print came out way too small! All I can read is the name. Est 2019 and hand crafted cocktails was so small you can’t read it!

I’m sure it’s a nice set, but during the “customization” I found I was unable to use an apostrophe like they did in the example so I didn’t purchase...

My husband opened his crate yesterday only to find the wooden holder. The rest of the set was not in the crate. There was only coffee items, a mug, a press not what I ordered and definitely not what I expected from this company. I've ordered before and was happy with it. But now not so much
